Adult training sessions are on:

Tuesdays 7.30pm till 10pm

Adult beginners  7.30 - 8.30
Club training       8.30 - 10.00

Thursdays 8pm till 9.30pm

From 19th September until 12th December the 7.30pm to 8.30pm on Tuesdays is an adult beginners course.

There is also a children's beginners course running on the Thursday session (7pm - 8pm) however other grades are still welcome.

The dojo is situated through the main door to the centre and at the end of the corridor to the left.

For your first session turn up in loose clothing, for example; a T shirt and tracksuit bottoms and make your way to the dojo where the club secretary will meet you.

There is free car parking, male and female showers and changing rooms, and a licensed bar on the premises but we tend to pop down to the local around the corner for a post training drink!

Hanover Way is the 3rd right turning off Vale Rd when coming from Maidenhead Rd. Turning into Vale Rd the Dojo is the first right turning as you approach the bend.
